These settings are in the mod "Not Enough Animations". This resource pack doesn't feature settings.

• Animation Smoothing = OFF
• Disable Leg Smoothing = ON
• Ladder Animation = OFF
• Holding Up Items = No Items

Keep in mind that most other animations also have bugs and artifacts when it comes to compatibility with this resource pack.
