Create Trains and Custom Portal API Integration

A 1.18.2 compatibility mod between Create Fabric and customportalapi.

This mod lets trains go from any dimension to any dimension, including modded dimensions, provided that a portal to that dimension has been made using customportalapi.

Placing a train track on one side of a portal will cause another track to appear on the other side, and trains will be able to cross through.

This mod is most suited for modpack developers that wish to integrate modded dimensions with Create.
