The Portable Jukebox and Note Block from Essential Features as a standalone mod.
Find the Portable Jukebox as loot from dungeons. Load it with a disc with a crafting table and right click to play. Sneak-left click to stop and unload.
The note played by the note block depends on your Y level. The instrument depends on the block you are looking at.
