Katu's Carpets and Rugs

Here are some carpet texture replacements, to make them a little more interesting and aesthetic. Each carpet has a matching fringe, which will only appear along unconnected edges, to give you a more realistic look.

I took a lot of inspiration from the great creators: Kubban, who kindly let me use their fringe models. Buul0chka, who inspired me to make my own textures. And Nox, whose carpet textures are phenomenal. I have linked to all three artists and I highly suggest that you check out their work and consider downloading it instead - my work would not exist without theirs.

I would also like to give credit to the people who kindly shared their ACNH pixel art for others: The amazing DippityBix, and also NFDLLZX7WRXT9LI, whose twitter no longer exists. As well as several anonymous artists who shared their work on acpatterns.com.

Despite taking much inspiration for this pack, each texture is completely hand-drawn by me, so in that sense all textures are original.

This pack may be included in modpacks or used in mashup packs - however, if you are planning on redistributing it, I request that you maintain all credits and links to the the artists I have provided here.

Additionally, afaik this ought to work for most any recent version of Minecraft, so you can simply ignore the warning and apply it if you're on 1.16-1.19. If you test it on other versions, feel free to let me know if it works.
