Remote controlled toys in Minecraft!

Largely inspired by The RC Mod by Sk3rpz for older versions of the game, I felt like this fills a niche that has recieved little attention from the modding community in recent years and fits the 2025 Modfest: Toybox theme perfectly.

Now featuring RC cars and RC planes!

Features

• RC Car
  • Forwards, backwards, and steering motion like a car.
  • Will jump upon encountering a slab or stairs at high speeds (like a ramp).
• RC Plane
  • Build up speed on the ground and pull up to take flight.
  • Roll and pull up or down with somewhat realistic aerodynamic forces.
  • Throttle that can be adjusted.
• Remote Controller Item
• Ingredient items for crafting RC toys and the controller.
• RC toys can be color customized like leather armor.
• FPV camera view that moves with the RC toys.
• Dynamic motor sound effects.
• Emmisive textures that light up when an RC toy is being controlled.

Controls

Right click with a remote controller item to activate and press V to toggle FPV camera mode.

RC Car

• W: Forwards Acceleration
• S: Backwards Acceleration
• A: Turn Left
• D: Turn Right
• SPACE-BAR: Speed Boost

RC Plane

• W: Pitch Down
• S: Pitch Up
• A: Roll Left
• D: Roll Right
• SPACE-BAR: Throttle Up
• L-SHIFT: Throttle Down
