Beyond Oxygen Fix

Thanks to the amazing BO dev who cannot do his job properly

  Fixes a bug in https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/beyond-oxygen where the mod's oxygen/breathing mechanic
  breaks vanilla and modded air supply systems in non-space dimensions.

  The Problem:

  Beyond Oxygen's mixins into LivingEntity drain air supply and block air recovery every tick for all entities without checking if the current dimension is actually an unbreathable space dimension.

This means:

  - Water Breathing potions don't work properly
  - Respiration enchantment is ignored
  - Conduit Power doesn't restore air
  - Any other mod that works through the air supply system is broken

  The Fix:

  Uses https://github.com/Bawnorton/MixinSquared to remove the two broken mixin handlers and re-implements them with the
   missing dimension check. The breathing drain and air recovery prevention now only apply in dimensions tagged as
  unbreathable, as originally intended.
