This is a library mod that is used to handle power-tires in the flowing mods Tweaked Excavation, Tweaked Petroleum, Tweaked Petroleum: Gas Addon, Its also used for common code for the above mentioned mods. On its own this mod is not adding of value to the end user, if you want power-tiers for the Immersive Engineering Excavator add Tweaked Excavation, if you want power tiers for the Immersive Petroleum Pumpjaks add Tweaked Petroleum(and if you want Mekanism gas support add Tweaked Petroleum: Gas Addon).
