Carpet: NeoForged

Fork of gnembon's Carpet Mod ported to NeoForge

Everything should work the same as with Fabric Carpet, bringing plenty of configurable vanilla tweaks such as:

• Movable block entities
• Stackable Shulkers boxes
• the Scarpet scripting language
• ...and everything else from the original mod

All of which is only required server-side.

A few Carpet extension mods will work when using Sinytra Connector, namely less mixin-heavy ones (most scarpet extensions should work fine).
