Legacy Takeover brings the advanced mob models and aesthetics from the latest 26.1 (Tiny Takeover) update back to the 1.21.x series.

If you prefer playing on 1.21.5 - 1.21.8 due to specific server requirements or other mods, but don't want to miss out on the superior look of the newest versions, this mod is for you!

Current Features Latest 26.1 Pig Models: Enjoy high-fidelity geometry for pigs and piglets from the newest 26.1 release.

Biome-Dependent Variants: Pigs now adapt to their environment!

Modern High-Res Textures: Custom-made textures designed for the 26.1 model's unique UV map, optimized for 32x32 resolution.

Seamless Integration: Fully backported using the modern RenderState system to ensure 26.1 visuals run perfectly on 1.21.x Fabric.

Technical Note This mod is a "Forward-Port" of visuals. It allows users on older 1.21.x versions to experience the improved mob designs introduced in the 26.1 update without upgrading their entire modpack or breaking server compatibility.
