An addon made by the goat Hertz that allows every power from Nexo and Massattacks NBC Heroes Addon to be unique to one person. Meaning if a power like Stockpile was obtained by someone then it can not be rolled by another person. Primarily used for servers and mainly used in the Heroes SMP.
