Vintage Improvenents - SSW Edition

This is the unofficial version of Vintage Improvements.I have submitted a pull request to the original author, and if the original author accepts my PR I will delete the project.

Vintage Improvements introduces a variety of machines in the Create style and adds numerous materials such as wires, rods, and springs made from different materials.

This version now supports NeoForge 1.21 Create 6.0+ and includes various bug fixes:

• Fixed an issue where the curving press would not work when ingredients were identical but used different curving heads.
• Fixed a crash caused by the laser when the output was unexpectedly empty.
• Fixed incorrect outputs from the lathe on servers.
• Fixed an issue where the centrifuge (and other machines) would get stuck when the output overflowed.
