Grindstone Enchantment Transfer

Allow the grindstone to extract and transfer enchantments between items and books.

Usage:

From Enchanted Items → Enchanted Book

Place an enchanted item + a book into the grindstone to extract its enchantments into an enchanted book.

From Enchanted Book → New Enchanted Book

If the input is an enchanted book, the grindstone extracts the topmost enchantment and transfers it to another book.
