Create: Colored aims to add variants to various blocks in create.

Blocks added:

Colored fluid pipes

Colored fluid tanks

Tanks in all 16 dye colors too! image showing 32 tanks of each color with their glass variants at the bottom and the closed variants at the top Colored pipes don't connect to tanks of different colors!
