some extra stuff for alex cave mod

note: features with config are disabled by default

current features:

- tremorzilla and luxtructosaurus obey mobgriefing rule

- tremorzilla no longer use force knockback (has config)

- luxtructosaurus no longer jump (has config)

- luxtructosaurus no longer have extra defense against wardens (has config)

- hullbreaker can fly (has config)

- crossbow can shoot nuke (has config)

- magnetic techniques (has config)
red: shoot a red explosive orb (click with scarlet neodymium)
blue: summon a blue orb that pull mobs in and explode (click with azure neodymium)
purple: shoot a purple orb that deals heavy damage and destroy blocks (click with scarlet and azure neodymium on both hands)

- cooler magnetic quarry (has config)
makes the quarry smasher have almost no cooldown
expands size limit by x3
quarry can link to multiple smashers
quarry smasher drop as item when broken with silk touch

- dinosaur jockey (has config) (enabled by default because why not)
luxtructosaurus sometimes spawn on top of a flying mob
