Description

This mod adds in the "big 3" megatheropods of prehistory, the 3 largest carnivorous dinosaurs in several dimensions. Including Giganotosaurus, Spinosaurus, and Tyrannosaurus. These beasts are extremely powerful, and destroy blocks, and spawn naturally at night time.

They spawn at first in a "watching" phase, in this stage, all nearby mobs will look at the player (a sign that a megatheropod has spawned nearby), in this stage, there is also a chance the megatheropod that spawned spawns with offspring, which make survival significantly more difficult.

If the player draws close to a megatheropod while it's in it's watching phase, it will switch to it's hunting phase, chasing down a nearby player and breaking blocks along the way. HOWEVER, megatheropods tire out if they run for too long, their speed starting out extremely fast, however, dropping to a speed the player can outwalk overtime.

Megatheropods occasionally leave behind rotting meat from kills, and if the player breaks it... they should probably run, as the killer will return to dispatch of the player. However, the rotting meat drops megatheropod teeth, which can be used to craft megatheropod props! If your not a decoration person, the teeth can still be used as weapons with infinite durability.
