Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks Compat

This datapack* adds compatability between many mods and Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks by allowing various features from these mods to be more compataible with other mods. Specfically the main feature of this pack is making the spectral hammer spell compatabile with more ground blocks. Additonally this datapack* works on all versions and loaders of modded minecraft.

*Keep in mind this is a datpack and not a resourcepack and can be more complicated to install and play with it is suggested to use a mod such as Paxi to make it simple
