Find and unlock cursed chests in your world ... at a price!

Complete simple challenges while under the effects of various curses in order to gain access to these chests' loot. Fail to complete a curse and you may suffer the consequences.

Cursed Chests spawn randomly around the world. There are different kinds, each needing their own key item to be unlocked. Keys are crafted or found in other chests.

Right-click a cursed chest with the correct key and it will open, unleashing its curses upon you. You must survive these curses and complete any challenges they provide before you can access the chests' content.

Should you fail to fulfill the curses or die, the chest will lock once more, and you can try again with a new key. Curses are displayed as status effects in your inventory.

Chests spawn as part of world generation. On existing worlds, they will only appear in new chunks.
