Charset Tools

Charset Tools is a Charset module which adds useful tools:

• The Signal Meter, an in-hand way of measuring redstone signals in the world, with full compatibility with SimpleLogic Wires and SimpleLogic Gates! Demonstration Video
• The Stopwatch, an in-world way of measuring the time (in seconds) between two block updates. It also lets you measure wire changes! Demonstration Video
