Darker Loading Screen

This mod allows configuration of the loading/resource reloading screen background color and progress bar color.  This used to be possible in 1.12- with only Forge, but is no longer possible because they've decided not to support it anymore,their reasoning can be found below.

Requires MixinBootstrap (only in 1.15)

Mod is clientside only, will do nothing on dedicated servers.
default color is dark gray for background, red for an empty bar, and green for a full bar

1.16 version now includes configurable logo color
