Just place the mod in your mod folder and you're set.   ### Lightning Fast Generation They're fast, too- clocking in at a screaming low 5 second difference between WF's Cave Overhaul and Minecraft's native caves when making a new world, you know you can have confidence in your FPS. The mod achieves this by replacing Minecraft's underlying noise caves with the mod's own, thus leveraging all the performance increases Mojang designed for their own noise caves. This contrasts with the traditional method of using carvers to make caves.   ### Optimized for gameplay first, aesthetics second These new caves are designed to foster an engaging caving experience. Will you set sail down one of the many new underground rivers only to lose control at a waterfall and fall into a bunch of lava? Perhaps! And keep track of where you go- this mod features new labyrinthine caves which are designed to get you turned around, so be warned, track your steps carefully or you'll get lost. As you wander, you'll encounter everything from ultra cramped spaces which make you wonder what's around the corner to large, expansive, caves which still offer a deep experience.   ### Minecraft is now more dynamic than ever These are not your standard noise caverns, too. They're using domain warping- a technique used to modify the nature of the regular noise to achieve new and curious ways. And due to this, as you dive deeper, the terrain gets weirder. But the effect is not overkill at this time. That might change in the future.   ### Every cave is a new experience ...and more experiences are on the way.
