My Death Reasons

My Death Reasons helps you find out by tracking the sources of damage that lead to your death. Instead of relying only on the vanilla death message, this mod gives you a clearer view of recent damage events and their origins.

Required on both client & server side.

• Shows who or what hurt you — including attackers and their projectiles (e.g. “Skeleton (Arrow)”).
• Displays damage reasons directly on the death screen when hovering over the new Death Reasons button.
