No I Frames

FAQ

Q: What is an I Frame

A: An I frame is the brief 0.5 seconds when a mob is hit and flashes red when they can't take damage (simplified explanation)

Q: Why remove I Frames

A: Before 1.9 the players attack speed was as fast as you could click so I Frames were added for that reason, after 1.9 attack speed was added but with high attack speed weapons, I Frames got in the way making them ineffective, many weapon mods that add high RoF weapons also don't work well because of I Frames thus this mod to help fix that.
