Forge Client Reset Packet

In version 1.13 of Minecraft, the developers of Minecraft introduced a new feature called datapacks which allowed players to customize their game experience with new gameplay mechanics and assets. To accommodate these changes, Minecraft Forge had to update its "handshake" packet, which is a message that is exchanged between the client (the player's computer) and the server (the computer hosting the game) when connecting to a server.
