PathSpeed!

This server-side mod gives players a configurable movement speed boost whenever they walk on dirt paths. Make your road networks and village paths actually useful!

Install on the server. Client installation is optional (vanilla clients can join and use it seamlessly). Singleplayer note: Works perfectly in singleplayer. Just install it normally in your mods folder.

Configuration Made Easy

You have full control over the speed boost. You can find the simple properties config file here:

• speedMultiplier — The velocity multiplier applied to the player's movement. 1.0 means default speed, 2.0 is twice as fast, etc.
