Polished Old Nether Textures

The new nether textures are alright, but they're very smooth and boringly inoffensive to the eyes. I think hell deserves better :]

All of the textures in this pack have the same spirit as the classic counterparts, but are polished/remade to look nicer and fit in with the modern Minecraft textures.
