Tome of Blood

Ever wonder why you can't use your massive quantities of liquid suffering to fuel your wizarding adventures?  Just want to shake up the spell casting system in Ars Nouveau?

Tome of Blood adds a number of features to enhance your magical experience!  I originally made this for my own modpack, but feel free to use it in yours!
In its current state, it only adds a few items.

1. The namesake Tome of Blood, an Ars Nouveau spellbook that allows you to cast spells utilizing your existing Soul Network's LP storage to cast spells at a rate of 10LP per Mana.
2. Arcane Attunement upgrades for your Living Armor.  This'll give you a discount for casting Ars Nouveau spells while wearing your Living Armor.
3. Sentient Harm, a new form of Harm that acts as a Sentient Weapon, drops Will on kills, and improves with your current Demonic Will and has special effects for your will type!
