Description
This mod adds nothing but changes Mekanism upgrade system.
Speed Upgrade and Energy Upgrade now can be installed up to 64, remaining default speedup & capacityup rate.
When, as a result of excessive speedup, machine should operate multiple times at one tick, they simply do. 64 operations/tick like IC2exp is now possible!
However, Energy Upgrade no longer reduces energy consumption. So, generate massive energy and consume it!
Update 1.1: Energy Upgrade can save energy up to 8, when over 8 up to Speed Upgrade.
For example, 8 Energy Upgrade with 4 Speed Upgrade results in energy saving effect by 8 Energy Upgrade as usual, but 64 Energy Upgrade with 16 Speed Upgrade does by 16 Energy Upgrade. Without this restriction, you could insert 64 Energy Upgrade with 32 Speed Upgrade and retrieve a too good deal, which is overpowered.
