Potion Rings Rebooted

This is a remake of the Potion Fingers mod that adds Potion Ring baubles into the game but with the addition of the ring of configuration.

The mod requires Curios API 

Using a Potion Ring, you can craft multiple different rings that when placed in the ring bauble slot provide a potion effect permanently until removed from the slot.

Unlike the classic 1.12.2 version of the mod, this mod also adds the Potion Ring of Configuration, a ring that can contain any potion effect specified in the mod's config file.
