Description
This Mod adds "the rain man", his gimick is pretty simple... he spawns in the rain and slowly gets closer to you and kills you. thats litreally it, the entire mod. this was made in 3 hours so dont expect much from it. hes simplistic and doesnt spawn much so hes perfect as a minor addition to your modpack to spice things up.
