This is simply a release of the latest version of RebornCore: '1.12.2-3.19.4.529', as provided by the respective mod's GitHub under the MIT license, so as to provide usage within CurseForge projects.
Reborn Core is a library used for many of the Tech Reborn team's mods, including Tech Reborn, Quantum Storage, Fluxed Redstone, Hardcore Map Reset, and many more.
