Undopia 3D Sugar Cane

3D Sugar Cane gives all Sugar Canes a 3 dimensional model to make it more visually appealing.

Note: In Vanilla, the Sugar Canes are rendered noticeably greener than the texture it uses, so in 1.17 the item was changed to match this color. This change is reverted here, as the 3D model has the actual texture color and the item change is therefore unnecessary.
