ExtendedRaidar

Increases the effectiveness of the vanilla raider-highlight feature.

In vanilla Minecraft, ringing a bell highlights raid mobs within a 48 block spherical radius, if there is at least one within a 32 block radius, for 3 seconds.
To make this feature more useful in a balanced and vanilla-style way, ExtendedRaidar makes the following changes:
1. The spherical detection and highlight radii are increased to 128 metres.
2. The highlight duration is increased to 20 seconds.
3. If a raider is not in visual range but is in range of the bell (for example, on a server with very low entity view distance), and the player subsequently goes within range of the raider, it will be highlighted.
Distance and duration are configurable via Cloth Config API.
