Allows for the configuration of which arrows work with the infinity enchantment

Features:

• A config for disabling specific arrows' infinity (Including the variations of Tipped Arrows). All arrows not included in this config will be forced to work with infinity.
• Optional pre-set for users who don't wish to manually determine balance.
• All the features of All Arrows Infinity Fix.

Config:

The config includes two blacklists.

• Arrow Blacklist: Arrows included in this list will not work with the infinity enchantment.
• Potion Blacklist: This list will prevent specific variations of Tipped Arrows from working with the Infinity enchantment.

This mod should not be used at the same time as All Arrows Infinity Fix. Pick one based on your preferences.
