Citadel will pull the list of sponsors from raw.githubusercontent.com when starting the game.
However, some countries/regions on this website are inaccessible and can only wait for the timeout to continue loading the game, resulting in startup lag.

This mod fixes and optimizes this issue, accelerating the startup speed.
