Create Portal Integration add portal support to cart contraption, coupled cart, and compatibility with other portal mods.

Features

• Add portal support to custom portal mods (Dimension Link and World Portal).
• Fix minecart contraption can't go through portal.
• Fix coupled minecart broke when going through portal.
• Fix train track on supported custom portal mods.
• Support both Create new 6.0 and old 0.5 versions (check the mod version).
