Ember and Icicle is an Action-RPG expansion focused on high-quality boss encounters, unique animations, and a challenging atmosphere. This project is a labor of love by an artist.

I am focusing heavily on the story and the "soul" of these creatures and characters. If you are a fan of bosses with personality, fluid animations, and deep conceptual art, you are in the right place.

Overworld Content: In this Beta version, the Fire and Ice dimensions are not yet available. All current content generates in the Overworld.

The Emberbound Cathedral: In future updates, it will serve as the gateway to the Fire Dimension.

This mod adds the Wanderer's Armor and the Wanderer's Edge. Currently, these are only available in the Creative Menu. In future Beta versions, they will be obtainable through a specific NPC.

THE BOSS: Fire Gargoyle

A magma-born monstrosity that guards the heights. Fire Gargoyle

Aerial Combat: The Gargoyle alternates between flight patterns and ground phases.

Visual Telegraphs: Pay close attention to particles! The boss features "telegraphed" attacks; when you see the Red Flash, dodge or block immediately!

Magma Beam: Its ultimate attack is a devastating laser.

Stats: 300 HP (Regenerates 1 HP/s).

Multiplayer Scaling: Health increases by 40% per additional player nearby.

Passive Defenses: * Anti-One-Shot: Damage taken is capped at 10% of its max health per hit.

Fiery Thorns: 30% chance to reflect damage if the attacker is on fire.

Combat Mechanics:

Smart Targeting: The Gargoyle dynamically switches to the closest or weakest player.

Ultimate Charge: Gains energy over time; charges faster when players are taking burn damage.

(100% - 50% HP): Uses basic Fireballs, Triple Bursts, and high-speed Dashes. Watch out for its Vortex—it will suck you in before a massive explosion.

(<50% HP): Becomes more aggressive.

Magma Shield: Absorbs damage. If broken, it explodes—stay back!

Dive Bomb: Slams the ground like a meteor for massive AoE damage.

Environmental Hazards: Invokes Tornados and Meteor Rains.

ULTIMATE: Magma Beam: When fully charged, it fires a massiv

Other mobs:

Ember Effigy: A living tank. It can block your attacks and reflect your own projectiles. Each time she blocks, she does more damage, so be careful.

Behavior: A slow-moving tank (100 HP) that prioritizes the closest threat.

Perfect Guard: It can enter a defensive stance, absorbing up to 65 damage and reflecting projectiles back at the player.

Guard Break: Only a hit stronger than 65 damage can break its stance, leaving it vulnerable.

Loot: Rare chance to drop an Effigy Relic.

Flame Imp: Agile and erratic. Its goal is to harass you and burn your surroundings.

Behavior: Highly agile (45 HP). It will dodge if you get too close.

Dash Attack: Leaves a trail of fire.

Loot: Common drop of Imp Sparks.

Iron Roller: A rhythmic trap. Every few seconds, it releases a seismic shockwave. Learn the pattern: jump to dodge the wave!

Behavior: Completely immobile but immune to projectiles and magic.

Seismic Shockwave: Every 4 seconds, it leaps and slams the ground, sending out a wave of fire and smoke (9-block radius).

Rhythm Strategy: The wave applies Weakness and Knockback. Jump over the wave to avoid all damage.

Loot: Guaranteed Iron Ingots.
