Survival Obtainability:

Tokustar isn’t easily earned.
Wait until your Omnitrix reaches its final stage of Self Destruction — when it begins flashing orange and white.
In that critical moment, quickly remove the core. You’ll notice the Omnitrix has changed... something new, something powerful — and the path to Tokustar begins.  

Commands:

/scoreboard players set @s AlienEvo.SelfDestruct 109000  wait a few seconds until it starts to continuesly blink and produce sounds, then remove omnitrix core.

/alienautoadd @s stretchakln:tokustar adds tokustar to the next available slot.
