Tough As Nails: A Curios Expansion is a addon for Tough As Nails by TheAdubbz that adds several baubles to the game via the Curios API by TheIllusiveC4 along with a direct progression structure to counteract the temperatures.

This mod aims to make it so temperature serves it's purpose in the early game, becomes easier in the mid game - and stops being a nusisance in the late game.

Ever found temperature really fun and interesting for the first few hours of your playthrough? Thought that there should be some kind of progression outside of just Thermal Tuning? Say hello to "Thermal Insulation" a new type of Curios inventory that allows you to craft and equip Thermal Pads that have different effects; there's one to counteract burning to death and one to counteract freezing to death... and if you're up for the challenge a universal one that counteracts burning/freezing to both elements; you're going to have to brew some new Firoze Liquid to make it though ahost a bunch of other rare ingredients.
