Message Chat Sound

I made that mod after seen the one I used for 1.18 was discountinued.
So I proprose it for people who want it too for 1.19.2.

The mod is client side (installed on server does nothing).

I think I'll not update the mod by myself.
So I created a public repository with the source code :)
If someone wants to make the update via a push request, I'll be glad to publish it !

You can change the message sound with ressource pack (\assets\chatsound\sounds\chat_notification.ogg)
