Void Bound [Horror]

The Void Bound is a former player consumed by the void.
turned into a being with no other goal but to spread the void,
and hunt every living player it sees.
It doesn't hunt for revenge
It doesn't kill out of hatred
It's a mindless monster, with no emotion but it's faintly human screams
It bursts into a rage at the most subtle gaze
The void took over its humanity, and now
It's planning to take yours.

Features:

Will slowly walk to the player when it spawns, if it reaches it's goal to get
in a 24 block radius to the player, it will simply get aggravated.
You can counter the stalking by looking at it, though it can either:
Disappear, Successfully countering it
or Immidiately get aggravated, you don't want this to happen.
Also has the simplest of climbing, meaning it may get stuck at times,
and lastly can create fake windows errors

Config Stuff:

spawnmin - The minimum amount of ticks it takes to spawn
default value: 5000
spawnmax - The max amount of ticks it takes to spawn
default value: 40000
disappeartimer - The amount of ticks he takes to disappear when he gives chase
default value: 600
