This mod is part of The Vanilla Experience modpack and Serilum's Spawn Bundle mod.
Mooshroom Spawn is a minimalistic configurable mod which adds a chance (default 1/20) for mooshrooms to spawn naturally in place of a cow spawn. In the vanilla game they only spawn in a mushroom biome.
Configurable: ( how do I configure? )
chanceCowIsMooshroom (default = 0.05, min 0, max 1.0): The chance a cow that has spawned is of the mooshroom variant.

You may freely use this mod in any modpack, as long as the download remains hosted within the Modrinth ecosystem.
