Creepers Refreshed is a texture pack for the most recent versions of Minecraft that aims to completely refresh the Creeper in Minecraft with brand-new designs and more features. 22 brand new variants are split across biomes, name tags, and more. Each Creeper is uniquely designed to fit into its environment, camouflaging to frighten any player.

While Optifine is the more popular method of CEM Packs, I would advise using Entity Model Features.
