How To Get The Powers : 

Telekenesis : 

First craft an unstable vial by revising a vial and unstable shard. Second stabilize the vial of unstableness using energy essance as power to get a vial of stableness. Third craft 4 phantom membranes in the corners, the vial of stableness in the middle, and amethyst blocks in a cross around it. Fourth after you do that you will recieve a vial of unstable telekenesis. Finally stabilize it and you get the vial of Telekenesis.

Speed X :

First You must put a vial of unstableness, and a vial of stableness in a DNA Reviser, Doing this will give you a vial of inbetween. Secondly you need to combine a vial of stableness with a pure unstable energy block in the reviser to get a vial of pure energy. Thirdly Combine a vial of inbetween and a vial of pure energy to get a vial of unstable Speed X. Finally stabilize it to get the vial of speed x.

Pyrokenesis :

Pyrokenesis is the easiest to get. Firstly Combine a blaze powder, and a vial of pure energy in a reviser to get an unstable pyrokenesis vial. Finally stabilize it to get the vial of Pyrokenesis.

Cryokenesis : This is the first tier 2 vial making it pretty hard. First craft a syringe and hit a snow golem with it to gain a syringe of frost. Second your going to need to craft a Gene Extractor. Thirdly put the syringe of frost in the gene extractor to gain a gene of frost. Thirdly revise a gene of frost and a vial of inbetween to get an vial of unstable cryokenesis. Finally stabilize thne vial to get the vial of cryokenesis. 

Meteorokinesis : This is the hardest vial to get as of release. First Shift and right click with a syringe in your hand to get your blood in a syringe. Second you need to get struck by lightning with the syringe of blood in your hand to get the syringe of storm. Third revise the storm syringe with a vial of pure energy to get the unstable vial of Meteorokinesis. Finally stabilize it to get the vial of Meteorokinesis.
