Dimensional Trial Chambers

Thanks for checking out the Dimensional Trial Chambers mod!  This mod adds in two structures, one in the nether and one in the end.  It fully themes the trial chamber to the dimension with a couple extra blocks added in to match aesthetic.  The loot tables in each of these structures were fully reworked, so you should get some great loot from these structures.
