Dragon Mounts Legacy Continued

This brings back DM to 1.12 with no BS added.

Adjustments from the original mod:

Dragons can be farmed for dragon's breath every 4 days, using a glass bottle

Dragon eggs are found in loot chests now, or in the case of the water dragon egg, an elder guardian drop

Dragons follow players carrying precious gemstones and the like, though they also follow players with fish

Other notes:

To start hatching an egg, right click it with flint and steel

Dragons are tamed with fish

Dragons can be bred with meats

Dragons can be ordered to stay in a spot using a bone

Don't expect a whole lot of support, but feel free to commit PRs if needed.

If anyone asks, this uses a different fork from the other Dragon Mounts mods out there, that in turn was derived from the original repo. As a result, it has kept the same license. So yes, you can port to fabric, provided you use this fork.
