TFC Metallum Florae Compat

This is a mod that adds ore compatiblity between TFC Metallum by mrthomas20121 and TFC Florae by me. This means the various ores introduced to the world of TFC by Metallum, such as bauxite, bertrandite or colbaltite, now have ore blocks, both poor, normal and rich, in the various rocks added by Florae, those for instance being cataclasite, porphyry, breccia, siltstone and many more. Each new ore block should function like normal, whereas they drop their respective poor, normal or rich ore item variants depending on the quality of the ore block.
