TFC Hallucinocraft Ambiental Compat

This is an addon for TFC Hallucinocraft that adds compatibility with TFC Ambiental. What it does, is adding new clothes, that work with the temperature effects introduced with TFC Ambiental. The new clothes are of the materials cotton, hemp, linen and sisal, which all have configurable temperature regulation properties, so they can be tweaked to your hearts desire.
