Introducing JSG

JSG is a mod originated from the famous TV series Stargate. This mod adds devices like Stargates and DHDs into the game. You will also find a wide variety of materials for creating the aforementioned devices, such as Trinium, Titanium, Naquadah, and more. The mod also includes three Iris variants, allowing you to protect your base from unwanted guests.    

Understanding JSG

JSG is focused on delivering an authentic experience, expanding upon standard Minecraft mechanics while introducing its own unique systems. The mod features new crafting methods utilizing fluids, a way to obtain budding blocks through crystallization, and much more. Best of all, most devices are fully interactive within the open world! Want to dial the gate? You’ll need to press the buttons directly on the DHD—no GUIs required.

JSG can be expanded with official add-ons. Currently available are add-ons introducing content from Stargate Universe, decorative blocks, and Transport Rings. The Transport Rings have undergone significant improvements, making them a truly viable short-range teleportation system.    

Meet the Artists

The mod’s visuals are the work of two key individuals without whom JSG wouldn't look the way it does today. Our graphics team has recently expanded to include a new member, EmrysHilda, who perfectly complements the veteran artist, HaraldDeLuca!
The current update features work from both 3D artists, and you can look forward to more of their creations in the future.
