Mending Nerf

This mod removes the ability to repair items with the Mending enchantment through XP orbs. Instead, it makes it so that Mending items can be repaired with anvils without consuming the repair item (e.g. netherite ingots for netherite items). Other than that, repairing with Mending works exactly like normal anvil repairing, therefore, unless other mods that change this are installed, the cost of repairing the same item grows each time until it becomes "Too expensive".
