**Golden Cap - Boosts all IVs to max**
**Silver Caps - Boosts particular IV to max**
**Wooden Cap - Randomizes IVs**
**Void Cap - Sets IVs to 0**
Available for Minecraft 1.21.1 and Cobblemon 1.6
